The Best Man 2......in the making

I am super excited about this sequel, Malcolm D. Lee the original director of "The Best Man" (filmed in 1999) has gotten the green light from Universal Studios to make "The Best Man 2" original cast and all.  Taye Diggs, Nia Long, Morris Chestnut, Terence Howad, Sanaa Lathan, Harold Perrineau, & Monica Calhoun.  Last year there were pics of the cast reuniting after 12 years, and rumors were going around about the movie, but it now they have the green light to GO and I cant be any happier.

Universal has set Malcolm D. Lee to write, direct and produce Best Man 2, a sequel to the 1999 film. Lee wrote and directed the original, a comedy in which a writer (Taye Diggs) is preparing to be the best man for his football player buddy (Morris Chestnut), but the timing is bad because the writer’s autobiographical novel is about to pop and it describes how the best man bedded the bride. Terrence Howard, Harold Perrineau, Nia Long and Sanaa Lathan also starred. The original grossed $35 million. Lee’s plan is to ask the original cast to reprise; in fact, I’m told the whole idea came out of a reunion dinner he held with most of the cast members, and they sparked to the idea of a re-team and so did the studio.



Its so much that could have happened, did Lance and Mia's life move on, did she find out that he knew about her and Lance, Did Jordan find a man through it all, is Murch still with Candy, How did Quentin and Shelby turn out after sleeping with each other the night of the wedding.  OMG I cant wait!!!

I am actually excited about Tyrese coming out with a new album.  We do not have many R&B male singers bringing it, everybody want to be pop....Tyrese album is scheduled to be released 11.1.11.  Here is his new video with Taraji P. Angela Simmons & Bow Wow in Miami

Last weekend Angela Simmons celebrated her 24th birthday,and she had a cutie by her side...it was her ex-boyfriend Bow Wow.  I think they are so cute!!!! She was in Miami, hanging out with her girls and her boo, her friend Bow.

 Sources say, the reason why they are not together is for the obvious, Bow got someone else pregnant, and Angela was up set.  Bow have declared his love for Angela on his latest mixtape, saying that he will always love her...how cute <3 <3

 They are such a cute couple, I think Angela can show him how to humble himself and be a little more grounded, not saying he comes from a dysfunctional home, but Angela's father is the Rev, where morals and values come first...just my opinion......

Dondria singing Beyonce's "1+1"...and she was blowin

OMGeeeeeeee Dondria ripped this song in half I love to hear young talented singers, who don't get much much clout or publicity because they are not considered mainstream, but she is very talented, and have a very soulful voice.  By the way Dondria is Jermaine Dupri's artist on SoSodef, she was discovered from YouTube, and I know she will go far, that voice is amazing...

Fantasia having a "Boy"...congrats

Congratulation in order for Fantasia, she has announce that her and Antwan is having a baby boy!!! Last month Fantasia was ordered to bed rest for the duration of her pregnancy.  I'm happy for her, and I wish her a healthy pregnancy.

Ok this one may be kinda hard.  He was a very popular teenage rapper, All the young teenagers SCREAMed for him, during his tours.  He is also a very good acrtor(in my opinion)and was recently signed to a new label....

D. Wade and Gab Union in Miami

Dwayne Wade and Gab Union spent time with Wade's boys Zaire & Zion over the weekend in Miami.  They seem to have a pretty good relationship.  #myopinion I think Gab & Wade are so cute together!

Congrats in tow for one of hip hop's most prominent and successful couples, Jay Z & Beyonce are expecting their first child.  Beyonce made an appearance on MTV's VMA red carpet in a red flowing dress, while showing off her baby bump!  Now this is how I like to see her happy, glowing and being real, without hiding her pregnancy for month & months.  I'm happy for the couple and I hope she has a wonderful pregnancy. 

WIll & Jada Smith separated.....LIES

Despite what InTouch Magazine put out about Jada & Will Smith being separated its all LIES!!! I knew it was a lie when I first read it, and how fast rumors spread....smh.  Nevertheless Will & Jada put out a response:
  "Although we are reluctant to respond to these types of press reports, the rumors circulating about our relationship are completely false. We are still together, and our marriage is intact."

Trey Smith. Will's oldest son also responded on Twitter:"Will and Jada getting a DIVORCE ..NOT TRUE AT ALL !! RETWEET"

So dont believe the hype people, The Smith family is still together!!

Braxton's Family Value Season 2 trailer....

While I really enjoyed watching the Braxton's first season I think this season will open up more juicy information about the Braxton family.  Did they ever decide on making the album, did Toni move to LA, is Tamar starting on her solo album is Towanda and Trina still working on their marriages, so much but they have 16 episodes to help us out.  The show will premier Nov. 10th @9pm

Beyonce gone in 22 secs......

I have to give it to the new aged Tina Turner, Beyonce knows how to make her presence be known.  On August 10th, Bey sold out 4 shows in NYC Roseland Ballroom in 22 secs.  I pretty sure that is a record broken.  She will be doing 4 intimate shows for her fans, and Im pretty sure it will be worth it.
