This is 50.....wow

50 Cent is starring in a new movie titled “Things Fall Apart” which required him to lose almost 60 pounds. In the movie, he plays a football player who has been diagnosed with cancer.

It took nine weeks for 50 Cent to lose the weight resulting from a strict liquid diet and three hour a day treadmill run. He now weighs 160 pounds.

Mr. & Mrs. Carter, and Mr. & Mrs. Smith, were gathering together for the musical broadway show Fela.  This play is about the life and style of Fela Kuti, Nigeria's Bob Marley.  Jay Z and Will Smith both produced the musical.  There was just to many big wallets in the building.  I love to see black couples together, doing their thing!!!!

Baaaaaaahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa I bout feel on the floor when I saw my boy/girl Lawrence with all that flawless skin pose with all of his glory in this outfit.  Lawrence was attending a benefit programs, for Alzheimer's in Atlanta over the weekend. L He stated that we (women) need to step our show game up this year, cause he is coming.  He said step your game up...don't be a sideline HOE...well lawd......my only issue is...I love you L, but please get that big toe and side heel together before we get a close up.....

In his first one on one interview after being released from the half way house, T.I. will be on Larry King Thursday night.  The rapper/actor will be discussing his experience in jail and then transitioning into the half way house and finally being released.  He will also talk about his new album and his single "I'm Back", with his 7th studio recorded album dropping in August along with his movie "Takers", starring him Idris Elba, Michael Ely, and Chris Brown.  So tune into Larry King Live on Thursday @  9pm

We have all seen how Lisa Raye kiss on her daughter...and now here Kim Porter is planting a big one on her son Quincy. He posted this pic on his Twitter page to show love to his mother on Mother's Day, but instead of loving comments it went south....some people can't see themselves kissing their child in the mouth.   I personally don't think its nothing wrong with it, but I'm just one person....what do y'all think?  Can a mother show to much affection to her children?

The beautiful Lena Horne has passed away Sunday May 9, 2010, at the age of 92. Ms. Horne was a true jazz singer, actress and activist. I send my blessing to the Horne family for allowing a strong black women in our lives through television. In 1985 Ms. Horne guest starred on ,my favorite childhood television sitcom "A Different World"....check the clip...

Gaga is upset......

Lady Gaga is upset with Fox/America Idol for her performance. On Wednesday night AI played five minutes of Gaga's pre-recorded performance, to her latest single "Alejandro", complete with a grand finale of Gaga, posing under a dripping statue of a burning angel. Bu that wasn't enough lady Gaga, went to her twitter and complained: FOX AMATEUR LY, edited cut my performance /musical arrangement on idol. "Gaga the directed fans to the "real " version on Perez Hilton's blog.

Maxwell is excited about touring will Jill Scott

Maxwell is calling his summer tour with Jill Scott, "A Dream Come True"! Billboard reports the 2 will launch a 20-show run starting on May 21st in Cleveland. Maxwell stated that he will close every night, but hope to join Scott at some point during the concerts.

Nas ask the judge......

Last month the judge ordered Nas to pay $87,000 in back child and spousal support. The judge also ordered Nas to pay $10,000 a month in spousal support to stay current.

Nas says the new legal documents obtained by TMZ, the judge predicated the order on Nas making $152,031 a month, but Nas stated that he makes "substantianly less than that amount".

Nas' lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, is asking the judge to take another look at the damage to his wallet.
