JLo & Marc Anthony split

After 7 years of marriage, JLo and Marc Anthony will be divorcing. Marc and Jennifer have a set of twins Max and Emma age 3.  I'm kind of sad to here about that because I thought they were going to make it. But we never know what really goes on behind closed doors, marriage is a union before GOD and should be between 2 people.   

Jennifer and Marc later released a statement:
“We have decided to end our marriage. This was a very difficult decision. We have come to an amicable conclusion on all matters.[...]It is a painful time for all involved, and we appreciate the respect of our privacy at this time.”

Chris Brown set record numbers!!!!

Friday Morning Chris Brown performed in front of over 18k fans in Rockafella Plaza for the "Today Show" NYPD had to shut down 48th & 49th street and they have never done that before, all for MR. Chris Brown himself.  His performance was solid of course, and in my opinion there is NO one in the industry that can dance like that man.  The Today Show stated that the line started Wednesday and extended down 5th ave. and that have not happened since Springsteen 2007, Coldplay 2008, and Lady Gaga 2010.

Chris Brown performed Yeah 3x, She Aint You, Forever, and closed with a dance break that included the Dougie, biys of his performance from Wall to Wall.

Bow Wow vs Kobe Bryant

Bow Wow recently visited Kobe Bryant's basketball camp for a little one on one ball.  The only difference is Kobe is nearly 1.5 feet taller than Bow Wow, and he had the nerve to bet a thousand bucks to the winner.

Jada Pinkett Smith discuss....family, love and her hubby

Jada Pinkett recently did an interview with Redbook magazine, and she covered it all.  I have been a fan of Jada since she was Lena James from "A Different World".  She discussed how she maintained her 12 year marriage, how to keep her family together, she also discussed how a women should treat themselves better as well as caring for others: check in interview below

How can women treat themselves better?
I wish I knew the answer of what every woman needs to do to treat herself better. I can tell you what this woman needs to do to treat herself better. I always have to have a place quiet in creation.
What’s the importance of not running on empty?
So many of us are so use to running on empty thinking that’s the way to be a good wife or thinking that’s the way to be a good mother and at the end of the day it’s not. I truly don’t believe that; I know we have our moments when life gets really busy and it gets hectic and we might run on a little bit of empty for a little while but we shouldn’t.
There’s societies in India were women everyday massage one another. It’s not a luxury, it’s an absolute must. When I think about something like that in certain cultures and societies where women come together and care for one another in that way, it helps you understand what’s necessary in order to be rejuvenated or refueled because there are other cultures full of women who understand what it takes to be a woman and what it takes to be refueled in order to keep that psyche going.
What’s the difference between discipline and motivation?
I’m not the type of person that will work out at the same time everyday. I might get up in the morning and do a work out. The next day I might do it in the afternoon. The next day I might do it in the evening. Discipline and motivated are two different things. I’m very motivated, I’m going to get it done, believe me. I just don’t know when.
Will [Smith] is disciplined. Will will get up 5 a.m. on the trend mill, 5 miles everyday clock work and I can’t do it like that. I’m not a ‘do it the same way everyday’ kind of girl. I never have been. I can’t stand it. I got to switch it up. I don’t think I’m disciplined in a way that most people would describe being disciplined.
What’s one thing you’d like to do that you haven’t done?
You know what I want? I want a degree in religious studies. I love religion, always have. I was brought up in an ethical society. Every Sunday, my Sunday school was learning about different religions. So, I really have a passion for religion and the history of religion. I’ve often told Will that I wanted and he’s often told me “You should go to school and get a degree in religious studies” and I think I’d like to do that before I die, I really would.

How do you keep [your connection with Will]?
Talk. Or the other day, because I’ve been working a lot, I said to Will, “Be ready at 2:30.” He said, “Where are we going?” I said, “Don’t worry about it.” So I put together a picnic basket and drove us to this hiking trail that I’d taken him to when we first met. No Secret Service, nothing. I got the idea because that morning he’d been reading a book on architecture, and he told me that it said the only replenishment for the soul is nature. Now, I’ve always known that’s true for me, but for a dude to say “nature,” I’m like, “Wow!” I said to myself, I’m going to take him on that hike. So we went up and had a really nice afternoon. We were there for about an hour, just sitting on a bench overlooking the canyons. I’m getting teary just thinking about it. We were both replenished and so happy and connected in that one hour. It doesn’t take a lot of time. Once again, it’s just being aware and present enough to know what that other person wants. What does he want today?
After 11 years of marriage, any tips for keeping a relationship hot?
Nice outfits and high heels! And talking. And making time. You’ve got to make time. Our men want to feel important. We want to feel important. So it’s about establishing an environment in which that can happen. It can be hard because we get caught in the grind of life. Establish relationships with family members or friends and take turns with each other’s kids so you can make that time for yourselves. It doesn’t take a lot of money — wallets are tight right now — so just simple stuff. A night walk? Man, do I love those. Or pack a lunch and go to the park, like Will and I did. Even a drive — and then pull over on the side of the road! Think of places outside that are comfortable to have sex. Does he have access to his office? Have a fantasy date. Be his secretary! Be sneaky. Your girlfriend’s house at a party. The bathroom! A guest bedroom! Just switch it up. Anything like that can keep it going. Anything it takes to keep the flame alive.

Shannon & Monica Brown exchange vows.....

This Saturday LA Laker Shannon Brown and Singer Monica exchanged vows in downtown LA, Vibana Cathedral.  Mo and Shannon married in November in a small intimate wedding, but this time they shared it with family and friends, with the theme of Purple & Blue.  Guest included, Ludacirs, Memphitz &Toya Wright, Kobe Bryant, Derek Fisher, Kandi, NeNe Leakes, Khole Kardashian Odom, Trina, Ciara, Cee-Lo Green, Nelly and Ashanti, and man others.  Monica wore a Stephan Roland gown for the 30 min ceremony, Romelo and Lil Rocko (Monica sons) arrived in a horse and carriage.  I cant wait to see more pictures.  I am again so happy for Monica she deserves a great man in her life and I believe Shannon fits the mold.  Congrats to the both of them.

Last week I was reading @teresabwmom (bow wow's mom)tweets and she posted a tweet that I have been waiting to get confirmation from since another blog site stated months ago...she posted:

So I knew right after that Bow Wow was going to respond, but this week he took a more mature roll, as a 24yr old man that he is and sent an open letter to his fans, via his website.  I actually almost forgot he was 24yrs old, a mature young man trying to figure out life.  Please read it, I thought it was very big of him to keep it real, talk about his life, about treating his mother better, as well as having baby momma drama.....

“Let me start off by saying i love my fans. With out yall i wudda been left the game. For the past 3 years i been batteling life. Even thought about taking my own. I felt like as a kid i did everything and saw everything too fast which spoiled my adult years. I felt as if i had no purpose to live(Thinking selfishly) until god gave me the illest gift of my life. No lambo, no blk card nuffn ammounts to my lil girl. I waited so long to tell yall the truth because i was nervous on how yall would look at me. Yall know everyone makes a big deal out of everything i do. I wanted to be 1st n let yall know the real. My lil girl is getting BIG fast. i love every minute of it. She inspires me to go harder.Even made me treat my mother better, its like it made me into a man over night. Never been a fan of posting pix of my daughter. Reason is because i want my boo boo to have everything i didnt. Want her to be able to cheerlead with her lil friends with out some asshole sticking his camera all in my lil girl face. I know how fame is. I missed out on so much that i now know how important it is to cherish and have those things in your life. Yes! I change diapers. Aint as bad as i thought hahaha. I want her to live with me so bad. Jus us 2. Thats my dream man but fellas yall know how it go. Baby gotta stay with they momma and all dat bull. I hate that! So i have to fly 5 hrs away to see her. I find myself going into my i phone book jus lookn at pix of her. Sometimes i tear up cuz i just cant believe it brotha be emotional. All in all im good. This is my 1st. I know all my fans gone support me and ride for her like yall been doin my whole career. To the ones that say “Im heart broken how can he do that to us” well i do have a life thats not all about movies or making albums. Im 24 now. I cant wait 4eva. Im happy and if your a fan then ud be happy too cuz yall gone be with me every step of the way. The bs that comes with having a baby momma is expected. So i neva trip.
